Gainsborough Developments is based in Egginton and the company directors are local to Etwall.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/chaveplanning-com.preview-domain.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/Chave-Planning-banner.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignright wp-image-16\" src=\"http:\/\/chaveplanning-com.preview-domain.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/Chave-Planning-banner.jpg\" alt=\"Chave-Planning-banner.jpg\" width=\"184\" height=\"66\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Chave Planning is a Derby-based, independent town planning consultancy assisting Gainsborough Property with the planning process for the proposed development.<\/p>\n<h2><em>What are we proposing?<\/em><a href=\"http:\/\/chaveplanning-com.preview-domain.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/View-1_2_PS_Low-Res.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignright wp-image-121 size-medium\" src=\"http:\/\/chaveplanning-com.preview-domain.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/View-1_2_PS_Low-Res-300x186.jpg\" alt=\"View 1_2_PS_Low Res\" width=\"300\" height=\"186\" srcset=\"http:\/\/chaveplanning.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/View-1_2_PS_Low-Res-300x186.jpg 300w, http:\/\/chaveplanning.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/View-1_2_PS_Low-Res-1024x636.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/h2>\n<p>It is proposed to make an outline planning application for development comprising the following residential uses:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Elderly persons care home<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A 60-bed care home for elderly people would be developed to meet the needs of the increasing older population in Etwall.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Over-55s residential development<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>13 bungalows and 12 apartments <a href=\"http:\/\/chaveplanning-com.preview-domain.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/View-2_PS_Low-Res.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignright wp-image-122 size-medium\" src=\"http:\/\/chaveplanning-com.preview-domain.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/View-2_PS_Low-Res-300x147.jpg\" alt=\"View 2_PS_Low Res\" width=\"300\" height=\"147\" srcset=\"http:\/\/chaveplanning.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/View-2_PS_Low-Res-300x147.jpg 300w, http:\/\/chaveplanning.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/View-2_PS_Low-Res-1024x502.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>would be developed to provide housing specifically for people aged over 55. The properties would have 1 and 2 bedrooms and would be based around a \u2018gatehouse\u2019 building and open space providing a\u00a0multi-purpose hub, site office, coffee shop and a bowling practice\u00a0green.
